Can anyone recommend a good (independent) Ferrari repair shop in Louisiana, Texas or Mississippi that can do a 348 major service?

Vintage Motorcars in Houston, and the other shops are well known by reputation....

There's a dealership in Jackson, MS also, IIRC.

I go to Moorespeed. The owner is a member of this chat site. David Moore. I strongly recommend his shop in Austin, TX.

I stopped by the old Ferrari South in downtown Jackson, Ms last summer and spoke with Webb Collums. He said that right now they're only equipped for minor servicing on classic and some vintage cars. Anything more would be sent to the parent company, Ferrari of Atlanta. He also said that they'd like to do more in the near future locally.

I've know David at Moorespeed for 20 years and know Lindsey by reputation and you won't go wrong with either shop. But since I am a sponsor I like to try to sell our services when possible on this site. We do many majors for out of towners where they drive in and then fly home on Southwest Airlines, we are right by Love Field Airport, as well as cars that get shipped. Whichever you choose we can make it convenient for you. I can also send you a very accurate estimate for the service with photos of before and after service on other cars we have recently done so you know what to expect. We send photo updates regularly while doing the work and typically take 10-15 shop days to complete a major. If you are not familiar with Norwood Performance ask about us in the Texas section and you can get a good feel for the type shop we run.

Send me an e-mail if you would like info from us and count yourself luck to have several very good choices for service in this region of the country.

    Best of luck,
    James Patterson
