The Assetto Fiorano trim package greatly improves the look of the rear deck above the motor. Looks like this one was ordered without the stripe livery. Thanks for this view!

Do we know if there will be a SF90 Versione Speciale?

I don’t think they’ve said either way, but to my mind, they said they were doing something different with the way the cars are positioned, they want to do something exciting for their clients and the whole here is the base model and then you buy that knowing you’ll get out of it for the eventual the special model you always wanted in the first place thing got a bit old. Everyone is doing it. When there are so many special editions, they aren’t so special anymore. Shouldn’t every Ferrari be special? This is an interesting way to allow you to decide right at the beginning. Of course, you will pay more for it. The price point, the newness of the model, the relative rarity due to the price point, the fact you can get the handling package as an option- all of this suggests to me they are not likely to do a special version- but they certainly have the power to do it. My opinion is its refreshing they are giving us the choice right at the beginning. Its a fascinating car.

I suppose it depends on who's looking. 99% of the time, I really don't care for a black roof. On a 488, 458 etc. I think it looks like an afterthought. When I saw the SF90 I instantly thought itvwas the right thing to do. I was unsure when all I had seen was pictures, but once up close and playing around with it at the atelier, I think It's the way to go. Without there's something really odd going on with the way the roof and greenhouse separates from the car body, that just does not work for me. The SF90 really lends itself well to this colour scheme and for once I really prefer the blsck roof.

At last the final photo today
Still waiting to see it on the carbon wheels. The dealer said they put them on after all the final checks.

That’s exactly how I felt too. Also at the launch, Manzoni was very clear that this car was conceived that way. Not everyone seems to prefer it but body colour roof robs the car of some of its style and personality to my eyes.

Looks like another vote for the 'body color' roof instead of black. Thank you!

    Always my opinion.
I don’t need what Manzoni said to get my own aesthetic judgment.

I think a contrasting roof would be nice in carbon, but with an alu car I think a body colored roof is the way to go.

The GOOD body color paint on the roof.
The GOOD Assetto Fiorano spoiler package.
    The GOOD wheels.
A trifecta of GOOD plus an early build.
Thanks SPYROS for another great 'find'.
