    Rich, is one of the most honest service manager's I have ever met. Very reasonable to deal with. He brought two wonderful techs with him which speaks volumes. Just my two cents.

    BTW the SB 95 is a mess right now with two lanes under construction, from downtown it was easier to get there from the 215 WB airport connector exit at Sunset and go East.

    So many Ferraris getting serviced at McLaren. lol Talk about how good something or someone is, is cheap. Actually seeing how many people are following Rich, Tavis, and Jason…..that’s proof.

    Our contract is expected to end 1QFY25. At which point I intend to sell whichever exotic I have, buy a new Plaid (with the track pack of course), and be in a position of “F you” (google John Goodman in The Gambler for context). I’d like to play with another McLaren before that happens. And with Rich and Tavis at McLaren now, I’m comfortable knowing I get have it taken care of.

    No real issues. Just a lot of routine stuff that you find when you dig into it. After all, the car is nearly 40 years old.

    LOVE RICH and Tavis they have been taking care of my car for 15 years and will continue to do so RICH is the most honest and reliable person I've ever worked with and of course Tavis is a master mechanic :)

    Also I should mention that I have 94,000 miles on my 550 and no problems whatsoever because of the excellent service.

    Agreed, I followed Rich and crew to Mclaren as well. Jason is going to put a V8 in my classic Defender later this year. Also sort out any/all mechanical issues and install a/c while it’s there. People wonder why I go to such a high line dealer for my service work. Rich is just fair and honest. Actually saves me money in the long run by not getting screwed over.
