It's no surprise. Look at the lineup. 296, SF90 vs Portofino, Roma, 812, and I don't think they delivered any Purosangue last quarter.

I think the key word there is "sold" in relation to the 3rd quarter when the majority of non-hybrid cars - Portofino, Roma coupe, 812 GTS etc - were no longer available to order.
