Ferrari 'SEE RED' Donington Park 11/12 Sept

I've just got back too. I had mixed feelings.

Good parts:
- F50 on the FOC stand
- F1 cars
- rest of racing
- Meeting some old mates and the FOC people
- Seeing a sizeable selection of Ferraris

Bad parts:
- 'Supercar Paddock' was just a few 360s and Maranellos... no Enzo, F40, F50 there
- Not as many cars as i expected - but to be fair tomorrow is by far the main day

Am planning on joining you for the convoy, sadly no GOS 348 as gearbox has had to come out again ! He is pissed big time.

 

what colour zonda, i hope its there tommorow, i have only ever seen one zonda and that was at the motor show

The guy with the Zonda used to have and F40 and a Diablo - I remeber seeing the plates at the Castle Ashby show a few years back (XXX1 and 1XXX). Clearly a complete car nut.

The Zonda turned more heads than anything there. I too was disappointed with the turnout of exoticars

 

i am so jelous about not being there to see the zonda, i just realy hope it is there tommorow

 

I'm not a betting man, but I'd bet that it will be there tomorrow.

 

I've just got back from a few bars, but i'm up for going again in about 7hours... off to bed for me.

i went the zonda was there! I forgot what i was doing when i saw the enzo, F50 2 F40's 348 and 360 spider drive up lol

Me and Steve P just got back from Donnington - quality day and learned a lot about the ferarri I'm now wanting!! Steve F - if you're selling yours in the next 2 years whisper in my ear as I love it!
I've got about 40 pics from the way down and plenty from the show. I'll post the best ones (hard to separate 'em) and ask me if you want any others posting....

I havent got the cash for another 2 years unless I get lucky and find a blank cheque signed by Mr Ferarri himself....!! PS - anyone know how Ray got on at the Concours? Looked impressively clean!

 

has anyone got any pics of the hamman 360's? I didn't used to like the 360 in yellow but after seeing the hammans in yellow i realy like it. Me and my mate ran into the tunnel to see it. The driver revved it and it sounded amazin bouncing off the walls

 

I got a couple of pics of that. I'm just photochopping them down to size now
