    Hi,
We are spending a few weeks in Tuscany this summer, and a few of us in the group are interested in a Ferrari tour of the Tuscan countryside. Google searches seem to bring up all kinds of sites, but most don't seem legit. If anyone has recommendations, that would be greatly appreciated.

Newbie here...aspiring 328GTS owner...just need to get my kids off to college!

    Thanks,
    RMS

Hi Russell and welcome. We rent a villa in the hills above Pietrasanta. Tuscany is beautiful. We have been all through the region. I wish you a wonderful holiday and have this honest advice for you: forget the Ferrari rental.

Hope you enjoy your 328. I've enjoyed mine for 19 years (except when I have to pay the bills!).

    I use Shane at Europe Luxury Cars +34 650 28 09 16 / www.europeluxurycars.com

I used this company last year when I rented a 992 911 in France for two weeks. Shane is helping me book a Ferrari in Switzerland later this year. They can transfer cars all over Europe. I also did a fair bit of cross-quoting last year with other companies, and ELC was usually 10-20% cheaper than others.

    No association, just a customer.

How do you get a 'compliant' license?

Regarding the guy that was fined for driving a Ferrari in a Piazza when he should not have been,
one of the tickets he received was for 'having a non-compliant foreign license'.

Is a 'foreign license' you get at the AAA in the USA good enough?

Yes the international license you get from AAA is valid in Italy; you can also get your US license translated into an Italian document.
AAA is the easier route 2 passport fotos & $20

    Thank you for the reply.

I DO get the 'license' from AAA every time I travel outside of the country,
even if I don't PLAN on driving.
