If one is on a budget then yes it is. But if not may as well go up the foodchain.

Totally understandable. These cars are meant to be driven (the only exception regarding miles is if someone owns a lot of great cars and uses them all, thus not many miles for each car). I drive mine (about 500 miles a month).

Pagani is the “new” Ferrari IMO.

Although last event I went to there were more than half a dozen of them there. :D

I respectfully disagree, they are ugly IMHO + McLarens have a bland design, nothing exciting. Ferrari is on a different level (class and elegance for most if its models).

When I hear "class and elegance", I just think Pose and show off. These aren't Prada purses. Sadly, that is what they have become. When I was pounding around the track in an F40 or Challenge Stradale, I couldn't get Ferrari guys to even come out to sit in the right seat.... but go to dinner (w/prime parking only), the line was huge.

The cars they are making now are brilliant driver's cars, but I have yet to see a Pista at the track.

Looks are subjective. I think McLarens are exotic and I have to admit the performance is next level. The carbon fiber tub is an incredible platform to build from. I can't believe Ferrari hasn't started using them. They should have the carbon fiber tech down cold.

    I agree 100%.

With the carbon tub..I think it would cut into the massive profit margins. They really don't need to head down that road just yet.
Although..after seeing the abhorrent quality of the welds on the F12 and 812 chassis..it may not be a bad idea.

I don't really see it that way in this particular matchup. It's like a Range Rover LWB vs. a Cullinan. The higher price tag doesn't really make the Roller any more desirable, high status or capable. The reality is is that no one really wanted a Urus until crypto and the car market in general went crazy - they're dropping like rocks now. The Purosangue reception has been very mixed. Meanwhile, the Cayenne just keeps getting better and this is their best offering.

Again, I don't like Porsche and I would never say take an AMG SL over a Roma or anything like that, but certain luxury vehicles that are relatively common seem to still be a top choice whether you make a million or $50 million a year: S-Class, Range Rover, and maybe one or two others

I meant more on the exclusivity scale than design. Although other than their interiors, which I feel are a bit gratuitous, Pagani's designs are pretty solid and respected world wide. A big plus is they haven't jumped the shark yet and sold any "market expansion" models like Ferrari has.

I also think the McLaren P1 is one of the most beautiful supercars of all time. Some of their later lineup does suffer a bit in that they all start to look too similar.

Sadly, the local Ferrari clubs here have largely turned into this. Just a bunch of high end events/fancy restaurants with prime parking. It’s so much more of a “lifestyle” club now.

My two pals and I stopped going to South Florida "Ferrari "Dinner’s" 4 years ago the reserved parking for RR was the last straw,
We missed the camaraderie and started our own just car guys, Ford,Jag, Alfa, Ferrari , All welcome.
Steakhouses to Taco joints just a bunch of car guys getting away from the house once a month.
    Now we’re 10.

I prefer Urus to TGT but have limited seat time in both. PS is pricewise in another league so not sure comparison is apt. Could not get on with an FF tried and tried but just didn't gel with it.

I have all 3 on order, you can make a case for any of them regardless of budget. At this point I have no idea which I will prefer.

From a utility perspective the Urus will win, exclusivity will be the Ferrari and I am betting all around performance will be the Porsche. I'm just concerned the Porsche won't have enough room in the rear like the Ferrari.

I loved the FF and should have replaced it with a Lusso.

Comparisons would have to be made. But the PS should have a superior handling and a superior all around performance, especially with the important innovation regarding the suspension (Multimatic)
