It's a Frankestein, but they've put a lot of hours on that and the build quality looks good. I respect that.

Looks very good, shame they didn't put a Ferrari V12 in it.

No real Ferraris were sacrificed to make it, so this car doesn't bother me.

The guy behind this car is exceptionally talented.
I have actually had a ride in his prototype and its was brilliant. The original was V12 jag powered and lots had v12 Ferrari, and Lamboghini engines. The kits were 18,000.UKP. And the last Manufaturer was a company called Forman.
Lee has designed and built lots of very successful cars and his current project is a company Called Fenix

while imitation is often considered a form of flattery, will the lawyers from Ferrari descend on this car to protect the Ferrari trademarks etc used on the car and cause this car to be confiscated or worse...

I'm sure many talented artists can make a fake Picasso.

But it's still a fake Picasso.

They can call it what they want, but P4 isn't right. It's more of a 904.

speaking of these "Homages". Does anyone have an opinion on the one SFSC has for sale? I have seen it for sale in the past and am curious if anyone knows the car or the builder. I have seen some older negative comments about his follow through, but not about the build of his products.

    thanks

    Sorry. What is SFSC?

I didn't think i would care for a Porsche powered replica of the P4. But upon consideration, I think it was well done.

The Porsche doesn't have the appeal of a V-12 for me. But it was a fierce competitor.

I like the part about the balance the best.

You go to all the trouble to make things look realistic, then you use red and blue Aeroquip hose and connectors? scratching head?? They sell black.
