Thanks for the open house and the grub! Nice little turn-out you had and everyone was very friendly. I thought that red Maserati GT sounded the best!
I just got the mailer for the British Car Day at FoNE. Is the pic in the mailer of an Italian Designed old school Aston? looks great LOL- I was trying to figure out the joke with the race decal hehe
Casey B., thanks for the compliment on my TR6. Missed the British show today, unaware of it. Going to the Concours tomorrow with a few other British Cars down 195 to 24. Closing in on a few 308s. A white 85 QV GTS (56K miles), A gray 83 QV GTS (22K miles), and a 78 red GTS (32K miles) all in the mid $20s and in NY. Hopefully one of them pans out.
it is amazing how i am never able to make these. i think i have been trying to go sinc eyou started them, and have been busy every single wkd you guys have chosen.
I actually made that weekend open and missed all my plans this weekend. It seems I'm on pulse with this event.
Looks like the weather is going to be nice. Hoping some folks bring some good stuff out of their garages. Really looking forward to checking it out.
If the weathers nice I plan on going, Had a good time at the one on 5/23. Also got an invitation in the mail for the Grand Opening party Friday night 6/26. Might go but not sure I have the required "Cocktail Attire" Just jeans, tee's and some polo style shirts.
Another great show, Good amount of Ferrari's turned up from classics to an F430 Spider. Thanks again Ferrari*Maserati for being such great hosts
I was bummed that I didn't get to talk tot he owner of the of the 365GTC4. That was a gorgeous car. There's a real charm to an engine bay that smells like gasoline and oil. Very "mechanical". Overall, a nice little assembly of cars overall from vintage to current. Good stuff. The dealership is a really impressive setup. Gorgeous facility overall. I was stunned at how many Quattroportes they had in the lot. That's some seriously pricey inventory to keep onhand. I wish they subbed out detail work, though. They had a 355 Spyder out front (for sale) whose paint was just HAMMERED. I wanted to get my buffer out right there and make it better. lol
i think they do. i've had a couple of details from them. i saw a guy come in a van all vinyled up to do my car. i forget what the van said, but after seeing how my car came back, i would not hesitate to get it done from them again. perhaps the detailer hadn't gotten to that 355 yet.
If you mean GTC/4, try this one. although not from FofNE and with wires mounted. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hey Guys... Ferrari/Maserati of NE will have another show next Saturday July 18th from 10-2. Hopefully we'll have another rain-free weekend
