Who wouldn't?? It's one of the (fortunately) many perfect specs that can be done with a little taste!
The only problem with the matte CF, is that Ferrari only offers the glossy CF for the exterior bits. So if you opt for matte, then you have a different finish of CF on the outside. That’s almost as annoying as having different CF patterns around your car. But yes, it looks good on its own. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
That build specification is an 'inside job' since it's a Ferrari press car. Looks wonderful there! They don't always build a winner; there was that 2008 press car a Scud coupe in Giallo with a bright blue interior and the F430 Spider painted white but with a Burgundy convertible top.
LOL. Lot of things I want done so it doesn't have to do the back and forth. I will probably have it by the time yours wakes up. Sent from my BLA-A09 using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Yes. This will be the 6th car he will have done for me. But this is the most comprehensive and customization he will do for me as well. Sent from my BLA-A09 using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Yep I have 2 months before the F8 awakes from her slumber! In the meantime my 911 turbo S has hit the port in Jacksonville so I should be taking delivery of that in the next couple weeks.
You will cover the painted black parts with the film ? I hope your allowing enough time for the paint to fully cure before adding any film if you do.
I don't see that as a problem. Not even as a disconnect. You have cars with completely red interiors and no red details on the exterior. With that said, have no outside CF, so according to your view, it is perfect.
Yes, It will protected with Suntek Ultra. Moe knows what he is doing and he stand by his work and products. So I am at ease.
Rosso Rubino would be the easy guess IMO. Now there's always room for a historic, tailor made or custom shade not-so-different... BTW, what makes you think it's a press car, if I may insist?
I know FNA is located in NJ, but is that a special plate? Would a normal NJ customer car plate be different?
I guess it could be Rubino, or perhaps Rosso Metallizzato. I’d like to know for sure as I think it’s a contender for my next spec.
Garretto the NJ plate is part of a series used on Ferrari press cars. DEI 59 7 is on the maroon F8 pictured. Another later NJ plate in the series DEI 59 13 is assigned to the Giallo F8 Spider that FNA shipped to California months ago for journalists to review. Hope that answers your question.
