    Wow. I didn't realize removing the carpets and replacing them was that simple.

    Just make sure you have plenty of time if you do it =) thanks to you Dave i started in the right end.

    yesterday i´ve got right side Kickplate mounted. Put nearly 4 hours into rubbing away the old glue... have about one hour left on the other side.. ghaa!

    Switched my carpets to black ones all over so i´m Selling these.

    complete set of F355 red carpets!

    - red bulkhead (fits 2,7 GTB)
    - red floor
    - red tunnel (front of center console)
    - red floorcarpets on top
    - red door inserts (not on the Picture)

    still original plastic on the floor, low milage car. excellent condition!

    price: only 6000:- SEK (ca 795 USD) + shipping.

    Last week i got the door panels to the local upholstery shop. Got hold on fabric to switch out the red field to black stock.

    probably have them back in a couple of weeks...

    when the are done i post some Pictures up.

    Got a Picture yesterday from John-Erik at the upholstery shop... he´s just finshed the black fabric on the doorcards...

    Busy traveling in work at the moment so i will pick them up on monday... better Pictures then..

    Fixing the sticky parts myself. Hot water and Svinto (called steel wool with google translate?)

    Rubbing like hell and so far it turned out fine... let my local painter do the rest of the job, he mix the right satin black so it looks like factory.

    Some panels left to be done... actually the airvents are not sticky at all, so i leave theese as they are. Next thing is the panel behind the steeringwheel. will order new HVAC overlay panel also.

    Just did the same job on the centre console stickies myself. A nice result with many coats of matt black paint.
