Thought I would post this here in case someone is looking for a F355 Challenge Kit.

Way before I got my 355F1 I was sourcing challenge parts and over 5 years I managed to find the most important items for track performance and engine/trans reliability. I had them installed 2+ years ago it's been a blast out on track! (COTA, TWS, MSR, H2R) Here in Texas that is.

I was able to get this car to run 2:38's at Circuits of the Americas - Austin, TX (3250 lbs.)

I have my 355F1 Berlinetta listed in the for sale section as a Track Car but, should someone not want it in that fashion I thought this would be a great place to list what I would have for sale should I take all the Challenge items off and return the car back to stock. I would hate to do it but, it's a hard market for track guys. Therefore now a F355 Challenge kit could be for sale?

    Items on car:

Front 21mm & 19mm Rear Challenge Sway bars & drop Links
Front & Rear Challenge Calipers & Rotors + Challenge Brake Lines (Pagid RS29 Yellow
    Pads)
Front & Rear Challenge Dampers + 1800/900 spring setup
Front & Rear Challenge Studs and Titanium nuts
    Challenge Suspension ECU
    Challenge Front Tow Hook
    Challenge Transmission Oil Cooler Kit
    360 Challenge Stradale F1 paddles
2 Sparco EVO racing seats + Sabelt 6 point harness
Tubi Muffler + 355 Challenge Muffler (Louder)
    1 - 355 Challenge Exhaust (Loudest)
    Fabspeed Race Headers (no blankets)
    1 Set of Speedline Challenge Rims Pirelli Trofeo R 235/40/18 & 265/40/18

    Spares:
1 Additional Challenge engine Oil Radiator with hoses (NEW)
1 Set of Speedline Challenge Rims Pirelli Slicks 245/18 & 305/18
1 Set Vid/Carbon Seats (need to be redone)

If you ever wanted to change your car to Ferrari F355 Challenge Spec then here is a kit with all the items you need to get to that next level! I've enjoyed it and I'm moving on up to something much faster so, it's got to go.

Car/Challenge Parts is located in Houston, TX 77429

Currently breaking down the item prices. Having to look thru my folders of F355 Challenge parts and seeing what I paid. Also some of these items are not even available.

However I will make the prices far so that as may as possible go to this group on Chat. Even today where you can find these items they are wanting far more then what I paid so there will be some serious bargains when I let my parts go.

I have a few that are interested already in the entire kit but, should that not happen then it's item per item or various packages?

Currently I am getting all the original spares in order to return the car back to stock and I'm finding loads of other items I forgot I had and will be posting all very soon.

    Ciao,

    SRR

If you want stock brake setup to return back to original... I am more than happy to work something out.

You should put a list of original items you might need.

Are you getting out of the lifestyle, or moving on to something else F-car related?

I guess the roll cage will also go? If it's the original OMP, I would be very interested.

No way am I getting out, I'm just getting started on enjoying life in the fast lane. Ferrari will always be at the top of my list. OK actually it's Lancia but that's a different chapter. I intend (hope) to race Ferrari Challenge at some point. While Porsches are far more economical for Track Days they don't offer the experience I'm looking for. Going a few seconds faster is not what it's all about. I already own a Porsche 986S Track car anyway as backup when the 355F1 was in the shop. Seat time is what makes you consistant but I enjoy a challenge put forth by any track or car.

My intention was not to sell the project but sometimes live throws a curve at you and it's either move or get hit. I still had a long list of mods to do and every year I was becoming a faster driver on the various tracks we have here in Texas espicality COTA.

We're doing a photo shoot and video next week with the car to show what it actually looks & sounds lik up closee. Getting it all detailed in and out for that. Currently it's been raining everyday for 2 days now every other week.

I never found a New OMP roll cage for the F355. Used one yes but didn't want that.

Ferrari 430 Scuderia or 430 Challenge will be next unless I get lucky and pick up a 458 Challenge? For now I'm setting sideline waiting for the times to change...

When the Ferrari 355F1 is in the shop I'm stuck tracking this to keep my skills up. It's not Ferrari but, it's a well balanced Track Car when setup correctly and driven hard. Learning to be aware of your surroundings as faster cars approaching from the rear makes it nerve racking. I prefer being the faster car scaring the slower drivers! Lol. It's all good fun out on the track no mater what car you drive but, if your going to do it choose Ferrari!

    ciao,

$35k for the Kit. Giving the condition and usage and availability on the market I see this as a great price point. The Challenge wheels here in the states are selling for $3500 per set of 4 alone. Mine both have new Pirelli Slicks & Trofeo R tires used only one weekend. Of course I can remove the tires should you not want them. I should have most original boxes the items came in over my search of 5 years.

I discounted 35% off what I paid for these items.

    Includes:

    Loud & quiet lightweight exhaust w/brackets - Loud - $850, Quiet - $1400
Vid/Carbon racing seats (need redone no fabric) - $1000 set of two
    Sparco EvoII (Red – Medium/tall size)(008281FNR) - $950 set of two
    Sabelt 5 point harness - $450
14”Brembo Brakes, Slotted Rotor, stainless steel lines, brackets, Pagid RS-29 yellow pads, wheel studs, titanium nuts - $6375
Front & Rear Challenge sway bars and bushings, adj. drop links - $3800
    Shocks/springs 1800/900 setup - $4850
    F355 Challenge Suspension ECU - $1000
2 sets of 18”Speedliine wheels, one set original OEM Finish white, other repainted silver both w/new center caps - $3500 ea set
Trans Oil Cooler Kit - $1875
Left Engine oil cooler and hoses (New - Never installed) - $1000
    Front Tow hook - $400
Brake & Trans overflow reservoir tanks - $125

NOTE: Shipping NOT Included on individual items.

All items listed above are to be removed from my 1999 Ferrari 355F1 Berlinetta. There will be no missing items to chase as I have done all that already so, it’s just remove and replace with OEM Stock Street items to get my car back to Legal.

PS. Shipping Not Included, Ferrari F355 Challenge parts are always on the upraise in price each year.
