    Does not effect the cabin.

    Each to their own.

All my Ferraris have been decatted as cats just do no justice for what Ferrari engines are about.

I see no point in spending thousands on aftermarket exhaust when there is no need too, but that's me.

My main concern is geting through the emissions test every year.
Minor concern is the noise affecting ride quality. I have had severla cars that had too much noise after being fitted aftermarket exhaust systems. At first it was awesome. Few months later great, 6 months down the road and I hated it!

My 458 has a full Capristo exhasut and it is already loud as FOK, so I don't need to decat it sound wise.

Do you ever take long road trips? Shortest road trip i ever take is 3-4 hours. In summer i do the 7-9 hours from Paris to the South of France, Italy, or Spain.

I did london-Hockenheim-Switzerland......it is for sure no doubt louder than stock but it's so entertaining, and doesn't get boring at all....your ears do ring for a day or so after l, but otherwise it's amazing :)

From London via channel tunnel or by ferry?

Seems here are by far more people like me who travel trough Europe with their F12s.
That's amazing and the GT cars right purpose. Time for a small Ferrari cannonball run...

Lets meet in Spa on 30th of March.

There is a nice Trackday you all could join.

I will commute with the F12 and do some laps in it between the stints with my ole 996 Cup.

It is one of the best tracks in the world for beginners and racers alike.

That sounds amazing. Raced my super bike on Spa last year. Best track on earth. Well, that and Mugello. Maybe someone should start a new thread for the proposed F12 road trip/track meet??

If you run it in at Spa it will possibly make 800 hp instead of 740

I'm a rookie at tracks but would like to join.
Spa is recommended to me by a lot track day and professional drivers. And with a bunch of F12 the fun factor is rising even higher.

Experienced drivers like Autobahn & Track does the racing line and I'll follow ;-)

This is going to be awesome.

No problem with a new car on the track.

There is no better break-in procedure than on track after fluids are warm.

Only front tires suffer a good deal when pushing to hart and going to low on tire pressure.

But one can easily lap 3:00mins and be no obstacle for most amateur drivers on the track.

Did anyone happen to take a pic of their exhaust components before they installed them?

Would love to see what the openings of the Novitec cats and Capristo x-pipe look like when looking inside.

    Hi F12KID and Autobahnandtrack,

Just confirming that the xpipe on its own is a recommended mod for removing the low rpm/idle drone on the F12? That’s pretty much the only thing about the car that I don’t like.
