This is a shame less plug for some good friends of mine:

    Roselli Foreign Car Repair
    Ezio & Roberto Roselli
    390 Lincoln Ave
    San Jose, Ca 95126
    408-297-0303

Roselli's has over 40 years of experience in repairing virtually every type of Italian & exotic car, including; Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Ferrari (ALL models), FIAT, Lamborghini, Lancia, Maserati/OSCA ect...ect...in more ways than one they are absolutely fluent in Italian.

NOTE:This is scanner equipped facility so they can repair newer Ferrari, Lamborghini & Maserati cars.

Hope this helps & happy motoring!

    Tim

They did an outstanding job on my Alfa V6.

I, for one, also used them once for my previous 308 a couple of years ago and found them to be pretty capable. I remmeber their charges were quite reasonable. Now I use Grand Prix Motors in Campbell.

    Hi Nero 308,

This is great information. It is always nice to know about other repair shops in the South SF Bay Area. I have never heard of Grand Prix Motors in Campbell. If I may ask; why did you decide to start using them? Also do you happen know if they have a scanner? How is their quality of workmanship? Prices? Thanks in advance.

    All the best,

    Tim

Scanners are $150 and everyone has them. The piece of equipment that a shop needs if they are to seriously repair later model Ferraris is and SD2 or 3. Servicing late model Ferraris without one is pointless.

Thank you for bringing this up. I should have mentioned this from the beginning. Please let me clarify: Roselli's in San Jose, California does in fact own an SD3 "scanner". As you may know the SD3 typically cost, brand new, well over $25K (and even over $30K) depending on where they are sourced.
