    It's not the date for a particular item.
    That's the date of the factory marketing/licensing dept authorization for a particular style/model/version.

    Yeah, that's what I meant.
    I've never seen a trademarked item dated to the day and month.
    Usually it's just the year or a patent number.

    Search on ebay for "ferrari italstyle" in late 70s they made items for the 308, like wallets and briefcases, very nice stuff. They also made a very eye popping ferrari jacket, in have one. Your items are what I would call rare, but not very interesting or desired. They are kind of blah, just being honest. Not even a real prancing horse logo. Someone would still buy it for the right price.

    That's wild, and as you see most branded clothing falls into a "period" of time.

    I guess the exception might be men's ties it seems Ferrari has always had a hand in those, due to the Italian fashion industry.
    I have everything from cheesy polyester to some really fine fabrics.....
