I got an email from a friend in Great Falls, MT last year. He said the local highway patrol had clock a blue Ferrari at 185mph but then they lost them in whiteout conditions......
another reason to bring two Fcars....need room to bring the magnum in front boot....otherwise they'd charge me $20 if put in front seat: another head
So I just checked out the weather forcast for the weekend. Places are saying low 60s and rain for Saturday. Sunday looks warmer and sunny though. Is this a rain or shine event? Or would it be called off in the rain?
If it rains Sat and they shut the track down just follow us to the Ranch and we will start Sat Night's festivities much earlier!!!
I'm quite sure the Challenge guys could care less about rain. Some individual owners in the other classes could of course decide not to run, but I bet most will be on track. Gary
hey John, I would love to but I don't think it's going to happen this time. May catch up to you guys at the track, but we're kind of laying low this weekend. that picture was in Montana, there were no speed records broken that day. Montana has some great roads!
Yes, just kidding. I used to live on Flathead Lake, one of the truly most beautiful lakes in the world. Yes, lots of great roads. Too bad I only had a p.u. back then! Next time then, eh?
I'd like to go to this on Sunday, but the earliest I'd be able to get to the track is around 2-2:30. What would be left to see, and would it still be worth it? Thanks
for FerrariChat? yes. I'll be shooting footage all 3 days for a podcast or two. I dunno about the cirkitvision guys. Will have to talk to them while I'm there.

Gary, I didn't count them (they were not all together) but I'd guess that there were about 6 or so... Jon Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
