Ferrari Approved Warranty from non-dealer?

    I'm looking at a 2012 458 Italia from a non Ferrari dealer. Spec is exactly what I like; official dealers don't have any (for now).

    Is it still possible to take it to the official dealership and have the approved warranty applied?

    After an inspection it is possible to purchase from Ferrari the "New Power" warranty (it's available for cars aged between 6 and 12 years, and it's intermediate between the new car warranty - which is three years from new, with possibility to extend for two more years - and the New Power15 for cars up to 15 years old, which only covers main parts like engine, gearbox, suspension and steering).
