These are faithful recreations of the factory carbon seats fitted to select 575M models, based on original seats we 3D scanned and reverse-engineered — down to the smallest detail.


Technical Highlights:
• Shell Construction:
Autoclaved full carbon fiber, same layup process used in modern Ferrari production.

• OEM Geometry:
Identical mounting points and frame structure, direct bolt-in for 575M applications.

• Upholstery:
Trimmed by Zanasi Group, Ferrari’s official Classiche and Tailor Made partner, using Connolly-style leather.

Optional headrest Cavallino embossing with the original Zanasi tooling.

• Trim Options:
Choose from full leather.

• Production:
Each set is made to order (30–40 days turnaround), built from custom molds developed from original seat scans.

• Seatbelt Integration:
It’s possible to reuse your existing seat belt buckle. To maintain the seat belt warning light functionality on the driver side, you’ll need a single cable: Ferrari part number 194109 — this connects directly to the seat belt sensor plug.
The passenger seat does not require any wiring — it’s plug-and-play.

Behind the Scenes: Our OEM Ferrari 575 Carbon Seat Scanning + Zanasi Cavallino Tooling

To ensure 100% accuracy, we began this project by acquiring a genuine set of factory 575M carbon seats — the very ones pictured below. These seats were fully disassembled and 3D scanned in-house to capture every curve, recess, and mounting point down to the millimeter.

From these OEM seats, we created precise molds used to produce our reproduction shells in autoclaved pre-preg carbon fiber — the same construction method used on modern Ferrari carbon parts.

Original Embossing Tools from Zanasi + Why We’re Using Connolly Leather

We wanted to share a closer look at some important details behind the trim process of our 575M carbon seat reproductions.

First, the embossed Cavallino.

All seats from CarbonSeats.com are trimmed by Zanasi Group, Ferrari’s trusted supplier for Tailor Made and Classiche projects. We’re using Zanasi’s original tooling for the Cavallino embossing, identical to what was used on factory carbon seats in-period.

You can see the brass dies and sample leather panel embossed directly by Zanasi using the same tools they’ve used for Ferrari.


Now, let’s talk leather.

Many assume all Ferrari interiors from this era used Poltrona Frau leather, and that’s true for most of the cabin. But after inspecting multiple original 575M examples with factory carbon seats, we confirmed something very interesting:


✅ Factory carbon seats were trimmed in Connolly Autolux leather

✅ While the rest of the cabin used Poltrona Frau

This is consistent across several original cars we reviewed. For this reason, we are using only Connolly Autolux for our 575 carbon seat reproductions, ensuring not just accuracy in looks, but also in texture, gloss, grain, and smell.
