Ferrari 400 GT Cameo in Music Video

This is exactly my car, same colors : paint and interior.
A special thank to the contributor.
First time I see this car in a video clip.
By the way I think 400 GT means manual gearbox.
During the clip we can briefly see the one that was shot is fitted with an automatic one.

I love it! Same exterior colour as mine too (although mine's right hand drive and with the blue and white leather interior). Perhaps this most unloved of FCars is starting to become cool.

 

Wasnt it always just 400i automatic (thats what's on the badge)

and Jame's 400's have always been cool its a big secret we dont want everybody to know

 

Hey fellow 400A owners. It's nice to read that others share my feelings. I have owned mine for 15 months now, and can't begin to tell you how fun it is to take out and drive. It's also a carshow, STOPPER(People walking by, and just stopping,puzzled). By my name you can tell which one I own. The car is a great color maroon now, but was originally Grigio Mahmoud. Can anyone direct me to somewhere I can also find out what color the inside was? I have a letter from Ferrari, saying that it was Pelle Nera Cogolo. Is anyone familiar with that combo? I am also looking for pictures from the 1976 Auto Salon. Supposedly the car was the one they used that year to introduce the model.

Welcome to FChat and congratulations on owning the actual first 400 (s/n 19353) ever produced!

I've owned 400i 5 speed s/n 46153 for 8 years now and have a ball with it.

As for nomenclature, the cars were called 400 GT for the 5 speed and 400 Automatic and the same for the injected cars.
