Have you ever dreamed of owning Romero Britto's actual award winning #2 of 3 Giallo Modena Ferrari? Photographed through the city of Miami, featured in the New York Times, and around the world? There are 3 known yellow Britto Ferraris. Brittos work was featured in Modena, Italy. I received leads on this forum and discovered the Fly Yellow 355 number 1 was sold several years ago at a market premium and shipped out of the United States to Europe. This 360 is number 2, and number 3 Ferrari Giallo Modena 458 is still owned by Britto himself.

    What is included:
-2001 Ferrari 360 Spider F1 Modena in Giallo Modena
-24k miles, recently serviced with new clutch, headers, water pump, fluids, battery, f1 sensor.
-Drives well, no major work needed
    -Clean carfax
-Includes Beltronics laser jammers and radar, tool kit, JVC Headunit and subwoofer (with Romero's cell phones still programmed).
-Service records of recent major services (belts, clutch, water pump, etc)
-CD with Romero Britto records including photos featuring the car and newspaper articles + copy of original Britto title
-Includes reproduction file for the rear panel at no cost.

Current owner (Me) acquired it immediately after Britto, and has owned it for more than 4 years. There are no loans/liens on the vehicle.

There is normal wear for its age. CEL from removal of precats after listening to this forum's advice on "bulletproofing" the engine. Also per your advice, I ordered mini-OBD2-cats which are included but not yet installed. Pre-purchase inspections are certainly supported and encouraged. The reputable Ferrari Specialists at NJB automotive did the most recent work and said all was good. This Ferrari is located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

    Asking $88,000 OBO.

If sold through FerrariChat instead of my broker, 1% Of the sales price will be donated to the non-profit JoyRideCars.org

Don't know Romero. But he is obviously some sort of big shot for $88K! Sharp car!

    Thanks.

I'd rather have his car than his watch, and his watch sold for $68k...lol.

Britto features the Ferraris in mainstream art pieces, with his theme "art on the move". That means for example, this 360 and number 3 (458) are featured in various campaigns and art installations. Romero Britto has done contract work for a number of manufacturers including Rolls Royce and a Karma. His personal 355 that had the graphics removed sold for about a 27% price premium over a normal 355. I actually have the graphics file with the clutch and F1 service just completed... and price is certainly OBO.

Britto is definitely a "love or hate" with his art. Those who love it are passionate, and others find it obnoxious- but everything is Yellow to him. He only features yellow Ferraris of his own, although he's done contract work for other makes.

This work was even featured alongside all the Ferraris at Casa Enzo Ferrari in Modena Italy!

The first picture posted of the 360 is actually this car as part of one of his art installations in Miami.

Very cool! So is the price higher then due to provenance, or is that what you feel the car is worth regardless? I’ve got a soft spot for yellow Ferrari’s. Owned one myself that I should not have sold.

So perhaps answering this question for those of us unfamiliar...

Does Britto do wraps? Or does he paint the cars?

It looks like just a wrap. However to get extra money because a car had a wrap seems odd... But I would welcome a wrap more than paint because we'll painted Ferraris are tough.

So could you clarify if the car had a wrap (assuming so because you say the car comes with the file) or if it was painted?

If this was a painted "Art Car" in the fashion of BMW's series with artists in the stature of Alexander Calder, this might command a premium. But being a yellow 360 that someone painted the interior bits yellow and it was once upon a time wrapped by an artist most people haven't heard of, makes this as valuable as a yellow Ferrari that that someone painted the interior bits to match the exterior. You have to be really, really famous and dead (like Steve McQueen or Elvis) to expect people to throw extra money at a motor vehicle Always notable verbiage in an auction catalog but the hammer gets the last word. Sorry!

360 looks great in yellow and the professional photos are nice.
I was looking for a picture of the art wrap it had and found this one of the rear.

I think $82K ain’t too shabby for a nice Spider with miles in the 20XXXs, fresh services. Show me a better deal!
