Hi from Paraguay, i got a Ferrari 355 Spider with a F1 transmission but y changed to manual. The problem i have is i started the engine, I wait to reaches its normal operating temperature, I use a few km, I rev a little, i go about 80 km/h and in a few minutos, the car goes into emergency, it starts vibrate as if it works with less cylinders and it turns off, I try to turn it on again and it generates a lot of noise and not passes the 4000 rpm, what can be the problem? how can I solve that?. Anything you need to ask me. I bought it in the US and imported it to my country, it works very good and a few weeks ago started with that problem.
    Please help me.

None of that, the only light that appears is slow down because we change the F1 to manual transmission.

The slow down light has nothing to do with the F1 - 6 speed conversion.

The slow down light is a warning that your catalytic is too hot. If the cat is too hot, or the system thinks it is, the ECU will disable that side of the engine to prevent damage and a fire.

If your slow down light is on, you have a solid indication on where to start looking for the problem.

    Bad cat
    Bat Thermocouple's
    Bad Thermocouple ECUs
    Bad O2 sensors

The F1 - 6 speed conversion has nothing to do with any of that. Now, if you did the conversion without changing the main ECU, then you will potentially get a check engine light. Completely different set of circumstances.
