    This appears to be a body(coachwork) only. If you look closely you will not find a chassis attached? Probably a oneoff that removed to reinstall an original body.

    They say someone modified it to resemble a Lotus 7! I still think it's just de hull without fenders (it always looks that way) not a modification.
