Friday, June 14: Edgewood Flooring & Durabuilt Construction Calabogie Track Day We were able to secure a ½ Day Track event to kick off our Festival at the legendary Calabogie Track, we have 18 spots confirmed and 12 spots remaining. The cost is $195 per driver, this includes lunch as well as a scenic Pleasure Drive in the afternoon that ends at St. Anthony Banquet Hall for a complimentary cocktail party sponsored by Ferrari Maserati Quebec. Saturday, June 15: Italian Ambassador residence: We have been invited by the Italian Ambassador to join him for a lovely brunch at his home, this event is the hottest ticket in town and only open to Ottawa Ferrari Festival participants. Italian Car Parade: The Italian ambassador will lead the Ferraris in this years parade, thanks go out to Mario who is our official Ambassador Mobile Demo Zone: We will be joined by Mortimer Racing, Dream Zone Racing as well as a number of other exotics for a fun 2 hour demonstration of the cars we love. As you know we ask that you please sign up for this event as the Ferraris are the main attraction and we cannot do it without you. Its not about speed, its about Ferrari and people enjoying the sound of your engine as it revs up and takes 3 laps around the oval track. Gala Dinner: Great 5 course meal, Fashion Show by Angies Modeling Agency and we are proud to announce that this year we will have auction items that will rock your socks! Ferrari F1 Team support Ottawa Ferrari Festival: We have been given 2 autographed Ferrari shirts signed by Alonso & Massa! Ottawa Senators support Ottawa Ferrari Festival: We have been given an autographed lithograph from Daniel Alfredsson as well as an autographed Ottawa Senators game jersey. Sunday, June 16: Scotia Bank Ferrari Dream Ride; Scotia has come back with a $5,000 donation to kick off our fundraising, the Budweiser Girls will be joining us for this 3 day event to help sell tickets as well as lend a hand the day of the event. Hi Everyone, It is that time of year and I'd like to remind all of our members that our track event is scheduled for Thursday, July 11, 2013. It is the 50th anniversary of the FCA and our track event is well timed with the arrival of the FCA Anniversary Ferrari 599GTB-HGTE that has been visiting all the FCA chapters in North America. This special car will be at the track and invited to take a few laps. Should be a very cool day and I assume well attended. Time is of the essence, so please register as soon as possible, as we'll need to make sure we have enough instructors, food, drink, etc..... I hope you all can make the day and have some fun at the Ferrari Club driving school.
