This guy, John McMonigle, is well known throughout CB. I think he did something like $400m in sales last year. That's just an insane amount of business. One of the booklets we got showed him making like $8m last year. I think he did even better this year.

I don't think I've seen this mentioned in this thread, and although it's far from good looking, the possibilities of what you could do with this place are very tempting... annoying lack of good driving roads or Ferrari parking though...

this is one in my Adelaide Australia. i really like it, it needs more gardens, but the style of the house is really nice, i love the look of sandstone.
this is up in the hills too, overlooks the city. awesome view. the glass domed building at the end is an indoor pool.

That reminds me of Payne Stewart's house in Orlando. It was purchased by Tracy McGrady (NBA player) after Payne's death and now someone else owns it apparently.
