    Hi Ricardo,

The price difference here in the UK for Pirelli and Falken 360 rear tyres is only about £50 per tyre. Well worth the £100 to get a branded make recommended by the factory. I personally wouldn't entertain budget tyres on any car, let alone a modern Ferrari.

I just put a set of Falken's on my 348 last month and have been very pleased with them. I even got the car out on the track and it handled very nice. With such negative camber on the car, tires dont last too long, no matter how you drive the car. I think I got a full set installed at Discount Tire for a little over $600!

If youre looking to save some $$$ in this terrible economy, I would give them a go. I've heard good things about them from other Fcar owners as well!

Falken FK452 are some of the best tires money can buy.

I know of people that use them in their Corvettes. They are generally good tires. I would go ahead and use them. The car factory doesn't always recommend the best thing for the consumer or for their car. They recommend the thing that makes the most money the factory.

Usually the cheaper brands may wear out a little fast then the more expensive brands, but for a car that doesn't get many miles, I would much rather put a nice lower priced set and change them out more often. It's always better to have fresh tires on a car then an expensive set of dried out tires.

Not sure about other Falken models, but FK452 is one of the best daily tire on the market. IMO it's very close to Toyo T1R and RE050A.

The Falken 452s have very little rim protector edging, unlike the Michelin PS2s for example. One can still scuff a wheel with the protector but it seems better to have than have not. I lightly scuffed a rim recently, very slight and it may have been preventive with tires that have more of a protector.

The tires grip well in the dry, are quiet and smooth riding. I have a little over 4k miles on them.
