It looks like it, I was originally thinking it might be Rosso Fiorano since Rosso Portofino was not originally offered as an option for the F8

in Germany you are not able to place any new f8 Spider orders since two weeks. Order availability is different in the US/Europe?
it’s possible that individual dealers are not taking new orders due to their current wait list. My local dealer has 37 orders for F8 Spiders, and starting to think they will not get enough allocations to satisfy all. So at that point, why take more….

Have a few months left before I have to finish my order for the f8 spider. its a tuff decision, which wheels finish ect, also interior carbon fiber or no carbon fiber. its not a cost thing but I prefer the silver over the carbon fiber. All the pics on this post has helped as you get to see the different wheel combos, interior (especially seats) all the different options are mind boggling. I guess at the end of the day you go with what you like. I intend to keep this car for quite a long time as it is replacing my current F430. Am I one of the few guys here that is not a fan of all the carbon fiber?
I only specced carbon on the interior, no exterior carbon or engine compt carbon. When all is said and done, do what you like and want, not what others tell you you need.
For me it is/was. For others it may not be. Depends on whether you like to listen to music in your Ferrari. Some will tell you to listen to the exhaust and not turn the radio on. I've heard some say they never turn the radio on. Whatever. Do what makes you happy. I personally like to have my tunes rockin' when I'm driving. To each their own.
Still on the fence with this one……. I searched high and low to find a 458 with the premium system. I only use it when washing the car. But of course the 458 is considerably louder than the F8. And with a spider, top down, the sound gets washed out anyhow. So, I guess I just don’t know. If It becomes important, my local sound shop could easily do something for that price. They’re already going to install the full ‘electronic Escort cocoon’ of laser and radar protection, which is about the same $$ as the premium stereo, ani IMO more important if the car is going to be driven. Perhaps I’ll ask for a deal on a two-fer. In any event, I need to decide soon as my spec will be locked this month.
I have the upgraded stereo on the 458, but doubt I’ll ever listen to it over the engine and exhaust symphony.
