Are there any companies that offer carbon fiber parts with OEM Ferrari carbon fiber weave for the engine bay for F8 Spider?

    thanks

I used MyRicambi for my entire Pista engine bay. I also visited their facility in Boynton Beach and picked up the product there. Yes same weave and comes with stickers. Image Unavailable, Please Login

Looks great, thanks guys! I'll likely move forward with myricambi once I have the car.

Seems kinda wasted on the Spider when you can’t see it!

I disagree, even going back to my first Ferrari 82BBi Boxer, the conversation piece always ended up with someone asking to see the engine. If you have a high performance car,at some point a friend or car curious bystander will want to take a peak. In the case of the spectacular F8 Spider, why not display it with engine jewelry.

I wouldn’t spend the $ during build but aftermarket with all OEM aesthetics I would do at a substantial savings versus what the factory charges.

Agreed, IMO the combination of a very small deck lid / porthole in the spiders to look into and an extremely low elevation engine placement make for an unimpressive engine bay. Literally nothing to see but a huge gaping hole. Again IMO the last best looking engine to dress up is the Scud and Speciale. The new turbo engines of the 488, F8, and SF90 just aren’t the same looks wise.

I too disagree with this thought.
Adding carbon fiber to the engine compartment was one of the first things I did on my 458 spider.
Even though it is not visible with the engine lid closed, I wanted to put it on my car.
I think of it like this....... Just how a woman wears lingerie under her clothes, she knows it's there and that's all that matters.
If she choses to share a look with someone, then lucky for them.

Change out your plain black panels and enjoy the jewelry!!

    Regards,
    GG
