I have 2006 f430 spider. Got it about two months ago and never explored the TPMS stuff that much in it since it’s buried in the dash menu. One time I went by it at a stand still and it only showed lines. Assumed it was either not working or just needed to be driven to get a read.
Fast forward to last week, got new tires put on. Now when I start driving I get the TPMS icon and “No cal” underneath it… I drive and drive, eventually it gives up and gives me the same icon with “service” underneath.

My guess is they’re not reconnected properly or the battery is dead in them. But here’s my question: can I just disconnect them so I don’t get this dumb error? I really don’t care about them… at all… IME, these sensors are never totally accurate and throw more errors than they do alert you of tire issues. I check my tires by walking around the car, and I use a manual gauge on them if I know I’m going for a long haul. In other words, I check my tires routinely and “the old fashioned way.”

If anyone has insights on what throws this error, that’s helpful. But what’s even more helpful is if someone can tell me how to shut it the hell up indefinitely. :)

You have to find somebody that has a Leonardo. Once DE Leonardo gets into your system It's as simple as unclicking a Box.

Well farts. Was hoping for a DIY solution… like “unplug a thing.” If I’m looking for that tool, sounds like I’m taking it into the shop. And at that point, I’d have them fix it, I guess?

For the 2005-2007 F430s, just a matter of an SD3 or equivalent to turn it off and no more changing sensors when the batteries expire. For 2008, all US spec cars required TPMS, so no longer possible.
