Please provide the full part numbers for both sides, this seems like a great option!

    Thanks

Are these 1700 for each or 3500 for each side?

My only concern would be the grade of steel used to build the headers from OE. There are reports of Scud headers going bad, but very few as far as I can tell. My OE Scud headers were on the car for 20k mi and were fine (or at least seemed to be) when removed. Personally, I still think it is up in the air how good OE headers are (with or without cats), but perhaps a good bet for 20-25k mi. Not enough data yet to draw strong conclusions.

If they are that price, but sounds too good to be true? $1400 for a set of headers from Ferrari?

I used to have a set of o2 extenders that had pieces of cat inside of them. Worked wonders on a car that passed the sniffer but the ECU was upset about the rear sensors. I need to figure out where I bought those from and get another set.

So if one were to weld Scud air rails onto 430 Challenge headers, are they now Scud headers??

these are undoubtedly an OEM Ferrari BARGAIN but realistically, the main cost of a standard OEM F430 exhaust is the HJS pre cats, they are $1,200+ a pair alone. You are all capable of working the numbers of the profit margins from non-OEM suppliers of this item, especially if then you have to buy blankets too. Here you are saving $3,000, for a OEM FERRARI PART, its a total no brainer
