The F40 looks so otherworldly merging into utility traffic, like a shark amongst minnows Image Unavailable, Please Login
Gorgeous Tipo USA 1992 F40, one that has actually been meticulously maintained by a committed custodian who also used it regularly the past 12 years Image Unavailable, Please Login
I’ve been fortunate enough to see many F40’s over the years at various events and concours. Still, I have never encountered one while simply driving along on public roads. That would be an exhilarating experience. It’s one thing to see these cars lined-up alongside others, but an entirely different experience to see them amongst common and mundane utilitarian vehicles.
I can say I've done more than my share of providing bored commuters with the sights & sounds of an F40 in normal traffic, the effect is smiles from the girls and thumbs up from the guys.
Luckily, my Countach downdraft delivers a very similar experience for both the driver and the commuters. It’s always fun.
I will say that the F40 makes people applaud, the Downdraft makes people stand up and salute at least that's my experience
Exactly why I love to search the world, anywhere I am, for these sightings. And I've been lucky some times!
Someone is about to become very happy, landed in Mexico via air freight, anyone know which one this is? Image Unavailable, Please Login
london is like that. i used to park my ferraris out on the street all the time. (ok, one got stolen twice, but hey....) i often saw rowan atkinson's mac outside his place. lots of vintage stuff too - 300sl's, 250 tdf, etc. it is pretty hard to fence the super rare stuff. my insurance on the f40 was about $3k per year...
It is specifically not the Marshall Goldman F40 which was a USA car, that said, it could be from anywhere, there are a dozen Eu F40s in the USA any of which could have sold there. Additionally, there are some USA F40s in Mexico including this one in a collection with a Eu F50 Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

The car from Marshall Goldman is ZFFMN34A5L0084944 as imaged below, the 3rd USA F40 built which we spoke about privately, whereas the F40 recently arrived in Mexico I was inquiring of is a European version which is definitely not 84944. As an aside I have news of yet another F40 that is available so we should speak again sometime in the next week Image Unavailable, Please Login
