Welp, thought I would throw in my comments on this as I am a F355 guru and SME at this point, being I have owned one, helped my friend sell his and worked on them extensively.
I have seen prices all over including a new add here I will not embarrass by pinpointing. Anyone paying over market is just not that smart, period.

There are those that KNOW how to shop, those who rely on dealers (yikes..) and those who are car gurus themselves, that know more then the average buyer who "just likes cars".

My personal point to this post is why on earth pay a premium when you DO NOT HAVE TO.

F355s are all over the internet. I won't dime out where the deals exactly are, but sub $120k for a F355 GTS is good shape is very obtainable. Paying over $160k for one is silly, over $200k is flat out stupid/silly.
I know the market is softening all over right now (finally) for most used marks after years of skyrocketing prices. The 550 manual craze died right after it started with $110k cars avail again.
F430s are coming down to reality for the 458, the same.

If you want a pristine car? Yes, they are out there...sub dealer prices. Have more money then brains? Buy away at your leisure.
Just because one fool buys a F355 for $225k at auction, does not mean they are all worth that.

Post this in the F355 Market thread with real examples. Especially the “sub $120k in good shape” examples.

Show me the 550s at 110k in good shape with good history. I'm in. I'll take several. I'll pay you a referral fee or buy fee. Happy to do it.

    A 355 GTS stick sub 120? I'm in.

So weird why some people would sell cars so cheap when they could get much more... And so weird that people would spend so much more than what they are available for. Very very generous for these people to just willy nilly pay more.

So the "deals" are a secret but if you don't buy the secret cars you have more money than brains.

Is this just a sellers remorse post because otherwise I don't understand.

Dots with no details :). Each dot has a link to a car. Surely, not difficult to pull up one example.

Just go to the link, move your cursor over the dot, click and see what the car is. Each car has its story. You know that.

You can find a GTS for under $120k all day as long as you're fine with an f1 transmission.

I see one with 60k mi in Europe. Where are the ones in good shape in the U.S?

And specific to GTS, Europe has the most. There are only about 225 manual U.S Spec GTS’.

I notice there is a big difference in value for an F1 GTS versus a 6-speed GTS. I have a complete gated conversion kit so if anyone out there has a $120k GTS in their garage I would be interested.

I would also take a Spider but I only have about $50k for one of those. I would be silly to pay more.

My man. If you’ve got a manual conversion kit, save it for a fully loaded F1 car.

What is a fully loaded GTS? Carbon, what else?

We have the gated swap parts from a 1998 GTB.

I am interested in late VIN GTS. My GTB is nero/nero so it'd be nice to have a wild color combo like silver/brown or silver/blue, or just yellow.

Does anyone have a RHD GTS for sale?

    Thank you

I have a 1999 F1 GTS with Carbon Buckets. 22k miles, US spec but imported into Canada a long time ago.

Rosso Corsa on Black. Challenge Grill, Red Calipers. If you're interested in swapping one, this would be a good candidate. If you're interested DM me. I'm in Vancouver BC
