    Few questions for the day!

    Piston Displacement?

    Firing order?

    Valve timing inlet and exhaust?

Cylinder head and connecting rods are made out of?

    Valve Lifters Hydraulic?

Other fun facts that make this beast unique?

The F136 is a family of V8 90 degree NA engines with a displacement ranging from 4.3-4.5 liters. When used by Ferrari they featured a flat plane crankshaft. When used by Maserati they use a cross plane crank.

The engine used a DOHC system with 4 bucket style valves per cylinder (the 488 uses finger follower valves) the Ferrari also used variable valve timing. The heads are aluminum

The cylinder firing order depends on the crank design. In the Ferrari, the cylinders fire in an even sequence. In the Maserati, they fire unevenly but are balanced between the banks.

Guess I needed to be a little more specific. This is for the F136 FL out of the 458 Speciale.

    Bore 3.700
    Stroke 3.200
    Hydraulic lifters
Duration unknown, centerlines variable but probably around 110 each nominal.
Head is aluminum and rods are probably Nickle Molly or Ti.
Firing order 18364527 based on the service manual but it doesn't look right to me. Would be more like 18365472 or any RL-RL-RL-RL combination.
Ferrari doesn't want much data to be known on their engines to keep people from working on them. Talk to a 458 challenge team. They must know these things.
