So when the window indexes (slides up) after you close the door I hear a nice "squeak" and it appears to be just back from the mirror along the top rubber lining going along the upper trim of the car. Is there any lubricant or anything I can put in that area that's safe for the rubber that will stop it from making the squeak sound when the door closes? See video I attached below:

It seems to do it when sitting in garage or outside on a cooler night. If the car is out in the sun and heat it doesn't squeak if that helps with troubleshooting.

This is only on passenger side not driver side. Where I point in the video it's a bit more to the left (back) the sound.

Try eg Armor All Original Protectant, which is obviously safe for rubber and acts well as a lubricant. That's what I have always applied to all such rubber parts on my cars. The only downside is a thin smear that you can't see when the windows are up. It would bother me more to hear that squeak than to see smear at the glass edge.

You can buy specific vinyl and rubber conditioners from companies such as Autoglym or Meguiars. I’ve used the Autoglym one with success.

Krytox by Chemours D10070331 GPL 206 Grease, Pure PFPE/PTFE, 0.5 oz Tube

I read this is what dealers use. I think any silicone grease will do fine.

How much to put on? I got it silent, only for it to come back after an hour or so. I just through it on a bit more liberally and will let it sit overnight and report back.

I just take a small amount at a time and rub it into the rubber like applying lotion. It ain't really rocket science. Just apply until all the rubber is covered. You don't need to goop it on to a point it'll collect dirt. Also apply to the window tracks by applying to the window and moving it go up & down. You should feel the OEM glass has thin layer of grease already on it. Just apply some more to the same area.
