Good clarification on Agreed v. Stated Value. I was unaware. If you accept the fact, like it or not, that most of the F cars we insure will go down in value and not up than an Agreed Value policy is the way to go. Drive your $400k+ Ferrari off the lot, total it a week later and a general market carrier (if you find one the will even accept that risk) will screw you with their ACV policy and not pay anywhere near what you paid for it. For people with a collection of cars get it written on a Collections policy as pricing is flexible and generally much better.
