I have been lookin to buy a f12 and just curious what are fair prices with the new year?
I am assuming that a couple owners here sold there cars in the 180/190 price range...

of course that is a private ..how about dealers that some of these cars are sitting around for long while...i have noticed.

So many factors including year, mileage, condition, options, etc. I found a late model 3k mile car in great shape with 2 year Ferrari warranty. 400k sticker for about 20% higher than you quoted.

Dealers that are selling true inventory are buying 2014 f12 around 10k miles for 190k at auctions so mark it up from there.

Many they advertise are consignment so it's up to the real owner and typical consignment fee is between 6 to 10%. They probably got a tax credit for trade in so they'll have to sell it thru that dealer within 1 year so you could low ball those cars if you can get that info.

I tracked sales prices for the past 3 months. Lowest 2014 I saw go for 195k with 7k miles msrp 365k. Avg sales price 205k. Add 15k for every year newer. Subtract 15k for anything above 15k miles. Good luck!

Also options don't translate 1 to 1 price ratio. Key items like front lift, backup camera, led steering wheel command more than others. I'd say heavily optioned cars get a premium of around 25% of what their options actually inflated the price. So a 370k msrp vs a 400k there should be roughly 7500 price difference.

That car started at 270k and has been sitting for a while. The accident looks minor.

Also, my experience with Ryan has been stellar.

About a month ago I was looking at a red/tan 2016 with less than 2,000 miles. Sticker about $360. Have Power warranty for another 9 months.
Called 3 Ferrari dealers for a trade in price. The range quoted was $185 to $190K. Several dealers would only take the car on consignment.

sounds about right. dealer has to make at least 10% to stay in business but probably more like 15% if reconditioning was needed. that car would sell for 220k. maybe little more for super low miles and warranty.
