Oops ... always forget about the Jordans. Note how the BAR's are on the top of each speed trap ... that Honda motor must have some grunt ... or the car is very effective in a straight line. Maybe if they put a little more down force on it, it might gain some time ? Pete
Don't know, but I do know that Zonta did 2 x 360 spin!! MS OUT AGAIN!!!, yeah baby, here we go again ... Pete EDIT: Okay rang Dad who is watching on TV at home. De Matta had a flat tyre, also MS had a little off (ie. run on to the dirt).
rubens just set the fastest second sector time. and did Button just Wad the car???? Michael looks like he is running heavy now Maybe not as he just set the 3 sector time
''Heavy rain is predicted for Saturday afternoon with the clouds hanging around for Sunday and Monday. But while race day will be cool and cloudy rain is only a slight possibility.'' http://www.f1central.net/news/1078403369.html
Pete Where in Sydney are you? I am back in LA but lived in Vaucluse and Wahroonga from '94 to '01 - ran the Dutton GP Rally in '98 and '99 and got to do the parade laps at Albert Park plus of course the F1 itself. Took up citizenship before we came back to America and was just there a couple of weeks ago so when the pile gets big enough we are back to Oz for good. Joined the ferrarichat not too long ago as I finally got the green light from the missus for my F-car after getting her a Boxster S. Great to get the blow by blow from practice in Melbourne - I used to stay up religiously to watch the European races on Ten. Cheers Kevin
What I love is how Juan Taco seems to letting the Aussie press get to him, he was driving like crap. I love it... pinhead!! MS was business as usual, smooth as ever. BTW, the nose of the Williams is FUGLY IMO.
I hope that qualifying goes just as well. The Ferraris looked very tight and MS and Rb looked determined to stay on top (where they belong...)
The time sheet has been reset. Day 2 session #1 ready to go.. Let the A$$ kicking begin. Forza Ferrari!!!!
