Hello All, My father owns a one of the limited number Serie Fiorano's with an F1 gearbox. Due to local restrictions, the car hasn't been driven the last couple of months. When trying to start the car the other day, it would crank over, but not start. We let the car rest for a few days, but now the car gives a hyphen instead of the neutral symbol and doesn't crank anymore. The gearbox failure light is also present. We have already checked the fuses and they seem to be fine. I have read that the brake sensor could also disrupt the system, but the brake lights are activated when pressing the brakes. When disarming the alarm, the light blinks and goes off. The moment you try to start the car the alarm starts blinking again. Has anyone had any similar problems in the past or know anything that might cause the problem? Many thanks in advance! Quinten
As above start with the simplest stuff : it sure sounds like a flat battery should be the first check The first crank could have been the last little bit of battery which is why the display then changed
