I have to visit Little Rock for the first time tomorrow. Most of the day will be spent on business, but I was wondering if there are any Exotic car dealerships in LR?

If so, I would greatly appreciate a heads-up!

    Thanks,

I live about 45 minutes from LR and I don't know of an exotic car dealership in the area. Oh, I forgot, we do have one. It is the BMW/Volvo dealership on the West side. :)

If I were in town I'd drop by and see you with a "for sale" sign on my car to make you feel better. :)

    Thanks for the reply!!!

It looks like I will be visiting LR a lot over the next couple of months. I was not sure what kind of dealerships there were up there, so I thought I would post...

Even though I did not see any exotics/dealerships, I sure enjoyed the local talent!!! ;)

I moved from LR several years ago but there used to be a high end car dealership that you could see from I-430.
If you crossed the 430 bridge going north you could see it from the highway on the side of the hill. I think it was past the Maumelle exit.

No idea if they are still around or such.

That placed closed up 1-2 years ago and is now a antique/furniture store. However, the old place is making a another stab at it in a building next to the old location, but I would not call it exotics. Looks like a average used car dealer, the most exotic thing I have seen there over the past year is a old model 911 slant nose. (I drive past the place on 430 nearly everyday on the way to the office.)

    BTW

If you are staying downtown, the river market area is a place to check out. The Flying Fish is a good and interesting place to eat. The Faded Rose you would probably like it is not New Orleans but has a good Cajun style.

There is a foreign car repair shop on Broadway between 8th and 9th near the downtown that has two used Jags and four used Mercedes in a monthly pay parking lot across the street next to the Shell station. They also have an 85 Mondial Cabrio with 28,000 miles on it, occasionally seen in the lot. They (or the owner) want $41,000 for it, a good deal more than I have ever seen for an 85 Mondial. I did not inquire further. There is also a used car place with oldies of all kinds (sometimes interesting) on the south side of I-30 heading southwest on the far edge of the greater Little Rock area. I'm guessing here, but I think it is in the general vicinity of exit 120-5.
