I recently bought a Huracan and am looking to add a 458. My one disappointment with the Huracan is that it is too quiet. I'm considering an aftermarket exhaust with factory cats. Can any 458 owners who have a Huracan with aftermarket exhaust tell me how it sounds from INSIDE THE CABIN versus a 458? Can it sound as good as a 458? I have the impression that stock 458s sound so good that aftermarket exhaust is nice but not really necessary.

It does suck. What I'm wondering is how good it sounds with an aftermarket
exhaust. From inside the cabin? Compared to 458?

Not a Huracan but I have an R8 with the Larini exhaust - Phenomenal. Better than the 458. Installing a Kline Inconel to the 458 in the spring

There isn't a better option out compared to our exhaust setup on the Huracan. Between weight savings, power gains, tone and sound deltas (open/closed valves)...etc. Jump over to Huracantalk.com and see all the reviews and videos if you're not on there yet. I am on there as well. Let me know if there is ever anything I can help with!

It seems super sportscars nowadays are getting increasingly quieter, due to emissions/noise laws and what have you. It seems the first thing one needs to do nowadays is to fit the car with a proper exhaust as soon as it leaves the dealership (if you ask me, not even "racier", less restrictive exhaust offered as optional equipment fit the bill quite like Novitec, Tubi, Nouvalari, etc).

I wouldn't be too hard on the Huracan, though. Comparing any car to the 458 in terms of sound is a very tall order. :)

    Kind regards,

    Nuno.

I just sold my huracan with a FabSpeed valved exhaust, I can't say enough about them. Amazing sound, awesome customer service, and easy install. I would say FabSpeed on your Huracan all day long, you won't be disappointed!

Thanks Evan! I was sad to hear she left the stable but her replacement looks like she'll do just fine, haha.
