You bring the Cubans and I'll bring some Samoans for security duty.

Never met a Fijian.

Only know about a few Samoans. One weighed the same as a train and was faster and more powerful than one. Campus security Samoan well north of 300 lbs chased down and brutalized a car thief. Same guy manhandled two drunks like they were children. Both drunks were BIG guys.

 

I think the difference between the Samoans and the Fijians are that the Fijians NEVER smile...

Both are forces of nature...no doubt.

I had some 25 Fijians working for me in Iraq a few years ago. They were trusted, professional operators whom I never, ever had an issue with. Consumate Professionals.

I trained some Lebanese dudes a few years ago that were nowhere near 300lbs but they were some bad dudes. I'm with the Dr. though - let's bring on the women and they can wrestle for security duty!

Can the wife an I come? Oh, yeah... Unfortunately, I think I'm at a track on July 4th... Might have to see about 'drivin' in sick' or should I say NOT drivin' ... in sick that day. Hmmm... Sure would be nice to experience the mayhem.

I have no doubt it will be a really good time.

Oh, and J.R. - if you ever need that stunning pool resurfaced, or redone, let me know (not that it looks like it needs it - WOW, astounding in those photos!)
One of my best friends owns a pool plastering company that is known (rightfully so) as the best in the business and he doesn't stop or charge you a penny until you're completely satisfied. He does amazing work for both residential and commercial applications.

Wow, that looks like a great time. I will be in Cashiers for the 4th but since the purpose of my trip is to see family it would be hard to break away to throw down with a bunch of crazy partiers.

Is the South Carolina contingent bringing fireworks,?... or isthere too great a hazzard the mountain behind the house would go up in flames?

 

Where in NC are you Strangelove, have family in Greenville SC, and a house in Highlands NC. Don't know at which we would be but if it is not far from ya would like to stop by and watch the samoans take on the fijans..........

 

Looks like it will be a great party! Forget the pool though, lets see some pics of your clay court, never seen a residential one before.
