Likely not because of a computer not clearing, u have to drive a lot for that computer to no longer throw an error (not cel). It’s a computer specific to smog inside the car. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What does 'smog' mean? Just for interest I have a 200 cell kline sports cat, kline xpipe, novitec back box with remote valves.

why do your want to go catless? Did you end up doing this? Is the sound much different, 200 cell cats are not restrictive and curious of the difference in sound.
I have a stage 3 Novitec car with race/catless downpipes. It sounds amazing, but on startup and idle it definitely smells. Did you switch them out on your car. I can make some videos for you if you want.
On my Speciale I have full system IPE headers, decat and exhaust. Definitely smell gas if behind the car… but it sounds epic! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I think decat is a huge step. In my opinion it makes the car too noisy and difficult to live with (in addition of the smell). This has to be considered for a car that is supposed to be a GT, and not a car and coffee piece only.
not sure what a stage 3 exactly but my car now has decat kline downpipe, kline xpipe and novitec backbox. the sound is truly unreal, the best thing ive ever heard. suprisingly i dont get any smells! yeah would love to hear some vids please
That's interesting and great about not getting any smell. I gasses me out pretty good if I have windows down on startup or stand behind the car. Once driving there is not much of a smell if anything. Windows up there no smells. I recently (1 week ago) mounted a pair of 200 cells catpipes + Xpipe on my F12. (Kline) The sound level raised dramaticaly from the cabin, for now I didn't heard it yet from the outside above idle, I will let drive it a close friend to know. From my short experience catless pipes would be too loud, I have to say I'm already worry to meet the police! The 200 cells smell a little at cold engine and no more once warm. Of course the sound is amazing especially above 4-5000 rpm! A true F1 sound, the downshifts are incredible!
