does Canada have a Penfed equivalent?

As a business owner, it's preferable for me to finance. I would prefer to not buy a car with cash. But the financing options seem much more limited and -more importantly - less competitive in Canada.

I'm familiar with Pfaff leasing and similar, but rate-wise they are high.

Is there any niche lender or aggressive CU that beats the regularly quoted bank rates of 4-5%? I highly doubt any Canadian lender will get to 1.5% like PenFed, but the spread to Canadian lenders cost-of-funds can't be that high compared to their American counter-parts....
