Does anyone know more about this TR rebody?

    I really, really don't want to start a discussion on whether or not we approve of rebodies.

    I stole this picture from Dave Matthias's post after the Reading concours.

    Does anyone have any information on who performed this rebody, or what serial number was used to make it, or even who owns it?

    I ask because I really like it, and am interested in something similar for myself.

    I think this car was converted to 250TR/59-replica by Bob Norwood when owned by JOhn R. Lee of Dallas, TX. Then I have Pat Ryan and Bruce McCaw in the chain of ownership. Last heard of it when it was offered in eBay last November (by Bentley/Maserati of St. Louis).

    Replica was based on 250 GT/E 2597GT.
