Let us just hope that the "next chump" is NOT named Ferrari.

In the Amazonian rain forests there are tribes of Indians as yet untouched by civilisation who have developed more convincing class than FA.

    Define 'civilisation'... :)

The "civilized" world has been responsible for worldwide colonies, mass slavery and unjustified wars, which have resulted in many lives ruined or ended.

Oh wait, this is a topic on Alonso... back on topic: I forget what I said earlier, but I don't think he should drive for Ferrari.

Well it looks like everyone that was going to vote has voted and 75% is a big number of Tifosi that dont want Alonshole at Ferrari. This is not a scientific pole by no means but I have a good feeling that this number is a fairly accurate representation of what Ferrari fans around the world think except maybe in Spain.

The scientific pole is a stick in the ice indicating true North. :)

Don't you mean the South Pole? The North Pole is on a shifting layer of ice, any marker placed there would eventually shift position.

Go to the Spain section and find out, you'll be surprised. By the way is tifosi and not Tifosi.

"a civilized Indian is an Indian that a white man can sneak up on" - Chief Dan George, in the Outlaw Josie Wales.

"a civilised white man is a white man without a Websters dictionary or a spell-check" - poster James Woods, circa earth year 2007.

"a Scientific Pole is actually a measuring device, rather than a marker of the earth's geometry. It goes about 10 feet, so you can tell for yourself whether or not to actually touch something or not" - apocryphal, but often attributed to Nascar driver Darryl Waltrip.

hey.. are you the actor James Woods?

(the only celebrity I've seen here is Mr. Glickenhaus. I guess the others have not identified themselves publicly yet)

As for Alonso in Ferrari... what will happen now, if Stepney's "2-way info" claims are true?? Is Ferrari doomed as well? Will Alonso want to go Ferrari if this is the case? Has Ferrari even wanted Alonso in the first place? Ferrari has already said that they respect Alonso, but they will honor the contracts with Massa and Kimi...

I know, but don't take it so seriously.

I could have said the stick at the bottom of the ocean, but it would have ruined the punch line. :)
The Russians just recently planted a flag down there "claiming" the North pole for themselves.

Alonso is an amazingly talented driver but he appears to be a premodona? More concerned about himself than the team. F-1 is a team sport in my opinion. I do not think a guy, like Alonso appears to be, would be good fit for Ferrari? Once again I certainly agree that is one hell of a driver though.

    Just my opinion

No, I am the computer architect James Woods. I am also better looking and a nicer guy than the actor James Woods - (for example, I would never have taken that role in the Onion Field movie).

I could tell you more, but then I would have to have your legs broken.

This was the F-chat poll results for 2008. I doubt much has changed.
