On either side? For clockwise and anti-clockwise tracks? I was just looking at an overhead shot of Kimi's F60, noticed one side of the fuel flap was opened, while the 'other' remained shut.

Two fillers, yes, tanks, no. At least not seperate, they have built in compartments with seperate fuel pumps in order to control fuel slosh and pick up all the fuel.

Next season will test that part much more, hopefully we won't see any fuel mileage races or cars running out.

That's the big worry! (and the F60 wasn't noted for being the most economical car on the grid this year!. I think Ferrari may have a bit of work to do when it comes to fuel consumption next year)

To me, the most interesting strategy question will be whether the teams "under fill" the cars counting on safety car laps at crash prone / safety car prone circuits. It seems the obvious answer is yes. Can always get some of that back with varying engine mapping, but I'm sure we will see some cars conserving fuel at the end and likely running dry.

The main bag tank in open wheel formula racing usually has two pumps. I'm not 100% sure about F1 but I think it does as well. From there, the fuel is pumped to a separate body where it then goes to the engine. The reason for this is to avoid starvation. That second volume the fuel occupies is at a higher pressure as well.

The 2 fillers are for clock-wise and anti-clock-wise circuits !!

2005 the BAR's were banned for having a 2nd hidden fuel tank...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the BAR ban was about weight and ballast. A secret second tank was used but wasn't, in and of itself, illegal.

Your correct, it was not the sole fact they had a 2nd tank.
