    Hi Guys, I´m about to get the Dish Satellite TV in the US, can you give me some advice on the channel #s to watch the F1? also are there some other F1 or racing channels?

    Speed channel and Fox when they unfortunately have the coverage. I don't think there's any "F1 channels" so to speak on American TV.

    Speed channel is 150 on dish and that usually has the F1 races although fox, local channel 10, had the Montreal race and the upcoming French GP.

    There is no F1 channel on DISH, and little racing on outside of Speed. Program in 'Formula 1' and your receiver will record any F1 show on, on any channel.

    Speed will have really good LeMans coverage. DirecTV has Speed in HD as I understand it, but I have heard that most all the programs are still in standard def (or were the end of last year when it was added to their line up) so the pic was no better than we get on Dish. I too would LOVE to see the Ferrari Challenge and SuperCup races on TV! I have really enjoyed both when I have seen them live at the various F1 races I have attended...

    Dish network carries the F1 races on speed tv , although not in HD.
    Some of the other programming is in HD, so go figure.

    Speed did one show (that I know of) for the CH series last year, but it was more of a documentary on the series.

    Better make sure Dish has SPEED in HD. I dumped Dish and subscribed to DirecTV because SPEED wasn't carried in HD on Dish Network.
