What it looks like is not important when you're driving...

No such luck for the little Dino.

We took her out this evening to go to dinner. Parallel parked her between a couple of other cars and had dinner.

I must confess, I did take a window seat to keep an eye out, but this car is meant to be driven, and driven it will be.

that is one stunning piece of art Dave but I must agree with Ferrarifixer that the Euro light system is far superior in the looks dept , those side lights front and rear detract from the beautiful lines, but it shows how gorgeous these cars are that even the imposition of the side lights that your car still looks better than most of the modern Ferraris

You must be very proud to drive this car, I even swapped your car to my desktop in favour of my QV which is saying something :D

interesting point, how long before this wears off ??

    If ever ?

I still do it and probably always will, but I don't think I could park your car near anything resembling a hard object let alone something that can move closer to it !!

In reality, now that it has new paint, it will be easier to fix little problems that spring up from time to time.

I'm no longer protecting 25 year old paint, or whatever it was. I have modern paint that's easier to touch up, and if need be, blended, should something terrible happen.

If you have a new Masetati QP, would you leave that home and take the Jeep Wagoneer out on a nice night like this? I don't think so.

    Well, neither will I!!

Dave- Found this on your Dino while trying to find a thread on possibly upgrading the Dino synchros to make the old 1-3 shift obsolete.

Beautiful car. Hope she is still running well.

looks like the damage that was the catalyst for the whole repaint is still visible Dave. I think this calls for a do-over. ;)
