    I'm going to be in Denver tomorrow evening with an interview scheduled Wednesday morning. Can anyone recommend a place to grab dinner that has a Colorado/Denver vibe? (Aka not a chain restaurant) if there's some local beers on tap that's a plus.

    Lola's or Lingers off Speer/I-25. Lola's is upscale mexican. Lingers is more about fusion food -- with water in iodine bottles -- you are eating in an old mortuary!

    Since you don't mind a short drive into downtown Denver I'd recommend Euclid Hall. Fantastic "bar" food, nice beer selection plus it's right around the corner from Larimer Square with several other options.

    Ended up at Ale House and had a few Colorado beers, very tasty! There was actually a line outside of Lingers when I showed up, maybe next time. Thanks for all the suggestions!
