not quite as glamorous as you californian bastards, but you get what you're given...my car at a rest stop in new jersey, in this case... Image Unavailable, Please Login
No snow in Southern Colorado right now...60's and sunny. Snow is in the forecast for tomorrow, then sunny and 60 again. You have to love the weather around here!
Phil, If I pulled up next to your Dino in a rest stop, I wouldn't rest for the rest of the day! Beautiful car, palm trees or not! Fred
Sadly I drove my dino for the last time on Tuesday - looks to be sold already. Lots of good time and never let me down even after 500 mile journey from Biarritz with three cylinders gone post the Tour Auto in 2011. An amazing car. When the money is in the bank I will send to Matthias details for the price records. Thanks o those who have answered my questions and to all people who have posted such amazing photos stories and knowledge. Good luck to you all - Snowy
Richard By the tone of your post it looks like your leaving the Dino section...............why!! Tony
Sorry to see that your Dino is leaving home. You know that we'll all welcome you to continue to hang out with us. What's next for you?
I am looking at something simpler and less valuable - I have my eyes on a TR4 which I can use in regularity events without thinking about how much it is worth. The rest will go to giving my son a good education. I live in LOndon and the opportunity to sell the dino and fund a private secondary education was too good to pass. The new owner plans to put a correct nose on the car - I hope they visit here. I will drop in regularly. Strange - my wife was in tears....
Just a nice day. Got her out for a ride. Took someone along for what he said was a joy ride. Nice day along the coast. John
During the school run, I saw a clear reflection in the flat-panel truck. The photo is less clear. My boy got a kick out of it. Image Unavailable, Please Login
First outing of the year for me as the weather here has been both unseasonal and glorious today. Around 4 very pleasant hours spent meandering around the Cotswolds plus a stop off for lunch in a lovely village pub. I thought I may have seen other Ferraris out and about but only saw a couple of very well cared for E type roadsters. I forgot to take my camera unfortunately so the best I can do is a shot taken after I got back and gave the car a clean before putting it away in the garage. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I finally got the chance to take my 246 GT for a ride today .. first ride of more then 5 miles in the last few months ran great on a nice mid 60 degree sunny day .. drove it a couple of hours .. also drove my scuderia today ... I really like the feel of the DINO can run it hard as you want and barely break the law but feel like a road racer......fantastic.....
Finally got her out today and she was as beautiful to drive. These cars must be driven!! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Beautiful Tony. It looks so much nicer in Rosso Bordeaux. Good decision to return it to it's original colour
