    The FIAT is about a frisbee throw from my cubicle jungle hell pimpin it out hard core in da house (outdoor car cover).

    No rain for me coming to work at 8:40am. Roads were even dry until right at Rochelle and had a little spray from a car ahead. Looking like a beautiful day!

    NOTE TO SELF:

    Make no further attempts to keep up with Brian and Nick on curvy roads after lunch.

    I got a few blocks behind them due to traffic, but managed to keep them in my sights. I came around a long sweeper, and they were gone.

    too bad I missed it, looks like fun!

    On my lunch I had the pleasure of driving to Oak Cliff, getting ceiling accoustic all over me, climbing through a broken window, paying my contractor and eating a turkey sandwich all while in my beat up Honda Accord.

    I like the Gallardo minus that funky rear end.

    I like Lamborghinis and will hopefully own one someday, but seeing the 360 CS next to the Gallardo reminded me why I LOVE Ferraris. It's not like a night and day difference from a Vette to a 360, but if I gave the Gallardo a 90, then the 360 CS would be a 93-95 in my books. I'm not a big fan of the new age design of hard lines. I hardly like any of the new cars being designed today by anyone. The Pininfarina has stuck to a smooth curvy sensual design, but that also says watch out, I can kick some ass too. The CS has a more aggressive stance than the regular 360 that I love.

    Seeing them next to each other confirmed today I really prefer the 360 design. I wouldn't kick the Lambo out of bed though. ;)

    Lunch was great guys. As always, the cars were beautiful. My buddy Brandon has officially caught the F-car fever now.

    Nick, you looked pretty impressive as you flew by us merging from 114 on 121. The car looked nice at speed. :)

    Great seeing everyone.

    The funniest thing was everyone reacting to the station wagon Jim M showed up in. We're all kicking back looking out the windows at all these sportscars, and Jim pulls in with a Dodge Magnum. Many at the table went "ooohhh!" :D

    The Gallardo sounds great and looks very much like a spaceship. The Stradale is what the Modena should have been from the start. I'd take either (or a ride in either, for that matter!)

    In addition to the cars shown, there was some decent import metal show up, like Will's modded Integra and Chris's 3rd gen Rx7.

    And yes, I know about the tires. They're approaching maximum grip levels now ;)
